Start and configure the ProDVX device.

Power on the device by connecting either: PoE+ cable or a Power adapter

  All configuration elements and additional features will remain in their disabled/default state.

  - Configure the Network connection from the start.

  Upload a pre-defined configuration in JSON format.
- D. Start Wizard
  - Proceed through the wizard to configure ProDVX features.
  - Set screen sleep interval, or Default for automatic sleep after 30 minutes of inactivity (EcoDesign).
Step 3: Apply Configuration
Once the configuration is complete, the device will automatically reboot to apply the changes.

Step 4: Additional Setup (if applicable)
- Configure IEEE 802.1X for LAN or Wi-Fi connection.

The suitable temperature for the ProDVX Display and accessories is 0°C-40°C. Please note that using the device at temperatures above or below the specified range is not permitted.

Make sure the device is mounted correctly on a wall or surface as recommended. Avoid using it on a flat horizontal surface to prevent heat entrapment.

How can I dispose of the battery in the product?

Please return the product to a certified repair center for proper replacement of the battery. Battery disposal can be dangerous and should be handled with care.

Can I use power tools to attach the device to the mount or stand?

It is preferred not to use power tools as they may cause damage to the device. Please use a manual screwdriver for installation.
